Candidate information
We may process identification and contact details, employment and education history, portfolios, interview notes, references, and other information voluntarily provided during recruitment.
Purpose and legal basis
Candidate information is used to assess suitability, communicate about opportunities, conduct interviews, verify information where appropriate, and prepare employment documentation.
Access and retention
Access is limited to personnel involved in recruitment and approved service providers. Applications and private résumé files are retained for up to 180 days, then deleted automatically unless the applicant joins Trager or a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Candidate rights
Candidates may email info@trager.in with their application reference to request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion. Trager verifies the requester before acting and records the outcome.
