TASK AUTOMATION
n8n workflow automation services
Move information between apps and handle routine steps automatically. Useful when your team keeps copying the same details by hand.
Start with one repeatable task
Workflow automation connects a trigger to a series of actions. A submitted form might create a customer record, assign a follow-up, and send a confirmation. n8n is one tool we can use to build those connections.
The useful work is deciding what should happen when information is missing, a tool is unavailable, or a person needs to approve the next step. We agree on those exceptions before automating the routine path.
What the work can include
- Connect apps using the n8n automation tool
- Send reminders and move work between teams
- Flag failed tasks so someone can review them
Example: move a form submission into the right tools
A submitted enquiry can create a CRM record and a follow-up task. If the email address already exists, the workflow should update or link the right customer instead of creating a duplicate every time.
We work through the less common paths too: missing fields, unavailable apps, and tasks that need a person’s approval. Those decisions determine whether automation saves time once real records begin flowing.
Plan how workflows will be maintained
Automation has dependencies: account permissions, service credentials, and the interfaces of the connected apps. We agree on who owns those accounts and who responds if a step stops working.
The handover can include a workflow description, the expected inputs, and instructions for reviewing failed runs. New connections and later changes should be treated as planned work.
Questions about this service
Can n8n connect our current apps?
We check the connectors and interfaces available for the particular apps and actions you need. A listed app name alone does not establish that every action is supported.
What happens if an automated task fails?
The workflow can record the failure and notify an owner. Retry rules and duplicate prevention are agreed for each task so a repeated run does not accidentally create the same action twice.
Can someone approve a step before it runs?
An approval step can be part of the design. We agree on the approver, how long the task can wait, and what happens if it is declined.
